Managing multiple social media channels still remains a big task. I feel the pinch everyday. But the pinch is not only because these are time-consuming activities, but also because many great tools out there are quite high priced.
Well, yes one can argue that $10 is cheap bargain for one and not so affordable for the other! But my reference is mostly towards bloggers just starting out. Especially from Asian countries, for them  $10 is expensive. And I speak for many I know personally.
Today I use Buffer + Social Insight + Google analytics & an internally developed native tool. These together help me to schedule, monitor and analyse my social media efforts. However, when I started out few years back I used all free tools.
